Delivery times after the pre-order period:
- Printing time: 2 to 4 weeks
- Preparation in our workshop: 5 to 14 business days
- Shipping: We ship pre-ordered items in batches as they are prepared.
Processing times
- In-stock items: 1–5 business days, usually 2 days
- Items created and assembled in our workshop: 3–14 business days
- Preorders: 1–2 weeks for stationery, 4–8 weeks for planners
These timelines also apply for in-person pick-up.

Free pickup in Terrebonne
- At checkout, enter the code CUEILLETTECK in the Discount Code section to pick up your order in person.
- Pickup takes place on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Terrebonne (Saint-Louis/Hauteville neighbourhood).
- You will receive an email once your order is ready; please confirm your pickup date at least 24 hours in advance.
