You can open our digital products with any PDF-compatible application on your computer or other device, use them on screen, or print them for personal use.
EXCEPTION: The digital planner was designed for use on a tablet with a stylus pen. Its format is not optimized for printing.

Yes! You can download a free sample of our digital planner to help you discover how it works before purchasing.
Which devices are compatible with the digital planner?
Our digital planner was specifically designed for use on a tablet with a PDF annotation app such as Goodnotes, Noteful, or Noteshelf. Its format is not optimized for printing. Please note that applications are not included with the purchase of a digital planner.
Although some applications allow it to be opened on a computer, the experience will not be optimal. We therefore recommend using it on a tablet with a stylus pen. Its format is not optimized for printing either.
Are digital products refundable or eligible for exchange?
No. All digital product purchases are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
However, if you experience an issue with a product within 48 hours of downloading it (other than a technical issue related to your device or the application you are using), please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I purchase a digital product for my school team?
Yes, you can purchase multiple copies of the same digital product for your department or school team. Each user must have their own license, even if the purchase is made with a school budget. Simply add the quantity corresponding to the number of users.
For example: if 4 people need the same digital product, add a quantity of 4 to your cart.
How will I receive the purchased digital product?
After your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link to access your digital product. Please check your inbox and your spam folder.
You can also access your digital purchases from your account on our website by clicking on the profile icon (the little person) located at the top right of the homepage, next to the shopping cart icon.
