1. What products does your store offer?

 

We specialize in providing a variety of products primarily tailored for teachers, including teacher planners, bookmarks, stickers, notepads, and more.

 

2. Can I customize my teacher planner?

 

Our 2023-2024 planners are available in two colour hues, in English and French, with or without planner sticker sheets. 

As of the 2024-2025 school year, you will also be able to add or remove the gradebook section. 

 

3. How durable are your products?

 

Our products are crafted with quality materials to ensure durability. 

 

4. Are your teacher planners suitable for all grade levels?

 

Our teacher planners are specifically designed for high school teachers. However, they may be suitable for middle-school and upper-elementary educators as well. 

 

5. Do you offer bulk discounts for schools or educational institutions?

 

Certainly! We provide special discounts on teacher planners for bulk orders. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more information.

6. Is it possible to order teacher planners throughout the year?

The annual pre-sale campaigns (March-April & May-June) are the best moments to order a copy of your teacher planner to ensure you receive it before back to school. However, it is possible to place an order at any time. See the product description to learn more about our processing time. 

 

Our special pre-sale campaign for the next school year takes place from March through June.

 

ORDERING FOR 2024-2025: When you order teacher planners for the next school year, these will be shipped out during the summer.

Campaign 1: March-April - Planners are shipped out in June.

 

Campaign 2: May-June - Planners are shipped out during the first week of August. If you live in a more remote location, we can't guarantee that you will receive your order before back to school. 

If you purchase other items besides the planner, these will be shipped at the same time as your ordered planner.

7. What is your refund policy?

 

All sales are FINAL. Returns and exchanges are not possible.  

 

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with your order. If your package arrives damaged or your order is defective, please contact us immediately. You have two days after your order was delivered to verify your package and contact us if you notice any issues. After two days, we are no longer able to resolve the issue. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect mailing address provided at checkout.  

If you accidentally ordered the wrong teacher planner (ex. French instead of English or vice-versa), inform us about your new choice as soon as possible (ideally within 2h).

Digital downloads are not refundable.

 

8. Why does processing orders* take more time?

 

Our products are handmade, and orders are processed as they come in. We keep a limited number of products in stock, and most of our creations are made to order, allowing us to carefully manufacture them and to limit excess waste.

 

*We require 2-14 days to process most orders. Typically, it takes 2-3 days.

 

*We may be able to ship your order the next business day.

9. Do you ship internationally?

 

We are currently shipping physical products to Canadian, including Québec residents, and to the following US states: California, Texas, New York, Florida, Vermont, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, South Carolina, and Wisconsin.

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your location.

10. How can I track my order?

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order. 

 

Please note that stickers and bookmarks are mailed in a regular envelope without a tracking number. If you order these along with other sizeable products, your order will be sent as a parcel with a tracking number.
