What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your stationery item in advance. It will be printed and prepared once the pre-order period ends, then sent to print. The waiting time may vary from 6 to 8 weeks.
The presale for our new planner and stationery collection usually takes place in February or March each year.
Currently, some products from this year's collection are still in stock and ready to ship.
Will a sold-out item be offered again?
We operate on a pre-order system with limited stock available afterwards. The current collection is not restocked. New items may be added during the school year, and a new collection is launched each season (February–March).

Pre-order items (delivery times)
Delivery times after the pre-order period:
- Printing time: 2 to 4 weeks
- Preparation in our workshop: 5 to 14 business days
- Shipping: We ship pre-ordered items in batches as they are prepared.
Processing times
- Order Processing: 3–14 business days (or longer during busy periods).
- Shipping:2–5 business days or longer, depending on the province.
Shipping times begin once your parcel leaves our workshop.
SUMMER SCHEDULE: In July, orders are processed at a slower pace. Shipping resumes at the beginning of August.
If your order contains multiple items, it will be shipped once all products are ready.
These timelines also apply to in-person pick-up.
Free pickup in Terrebonne
- At checkout, enter the code CUEILLETTECK in the Discount Code section to pick up your order in person.
- Pickup takes place on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Terrebonne (Saint-Louis/Hauteville neighbourhood).
- You will receive an email once your order is ready; please confirm your pickup date at least 24 hours in advance.
