What is a pre-order?
- A pre-order allows you to reserve your planner in advance.
- Once the pre-order period has ended, all reserved planners will be sent to our printer for production.
- The estimated wait time to receive your order may vary between 6 and 8 weeks.
- Pre-orders typically take place in February or March each year.
- After the pre-order period, additional planners may be available, but models and quantities remain limited.
We still have a few planner models in stock and ready to ship.
Are the labels included?
Labels (sticker sheets) are not included with the planner, but you can add them to your order. Discover all options in the Stickers / Labels category.
Will there be a second pre-order?
We operate on a pre-order system once a year (for now) with limited stock available afterwards. No second pre-order or reprint is planned this year. The launch of the new collection is announced in advance in our newsletter. Please subscribe so you don’t miss anything.

1. Orders placed between March 5th → April 30th
Shipping before the end of the school year or by mid-July, with pre-orders processed first.
2. Orders placed between May 1st → June 30th
Shipping has started and will continue until back-to-school, no later than August 10. Orders are shipped in batches, as they are prepared.
3. Orders placed after July 1st
Order processing is slower in July. Shipping starts on August 5.

The price remains the same whether you choose a bound or unbound planner. The only price difference applies to the optional removal of the gradebook section.
Order Processing Times
- Planner Order Processing: 5–14 days (or longer during busy periods).
- Shipping: 3–5 business days or longer, depending on the province.
Shipping time begins once your parcel leaves our workshop.
SUMMER SCHEDULE: During July, orders are processed at a slower pace. Shipping resumes on August 5.

By pre-ordering, you understand that delivery will take place once the planners and notebooks are received and hand-assembled in our workshop.
As we offer several options (different models, with or without gradebook, bound or unbound, multiple covers), each planner requires additional processing time.
