When will I receive my order?
- Shipping takes place once the planners have been prepared in our workshop according to the selected model and cover. Current processing times are 1 to 2 weeks.
Please note that the store will be closed from July 2 to August 2. During this period, order preparation will be slower, and shipments will resume from August 5.

Are the labels included?
Labels (sticker sheets) are not included with the planner, but you can add them to your order. Discover all options in the Stickers / Labels category.
Will there be a second pre-order?
We operate on a pre-order system once a year (for now) with limited stock available afterwards. No second pre-order or reprint is planned this year. The launch of the new collection is announced in advance in our newsletter. Please subscribe so you don’t miss anything.

Binding-free option (no holes)
Available upon request. Simply indicate this in the 'Notes' section before finalizing your order.
The price remains the same whether you choose a bound or unbound planner. The only price difference applies to the optional removal of the gradebook section.
Half-year option (dated planners)
Half-year versions of the 2026-2027 planners (teacher planner and student planner) are offered at 25% off with code DEMI26.
