What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your planner in advance. It will be printed and prepared once the pre-order period ends, then sent for printing. The waiting time can vary from 6 to 8 weeks.
When will I receive my order?
- Orders are shipped as soon as they are ready. Current lead times are 2 to 4 weeks.
- By (pre-)ordering, you understand that orders will be shipped once the planners are hand-assembled in our workshop according to the model and cover you have chosen.
Please note that the store will be closed from July 2 to August 2. During this period, order preparation will be slower, and shipments will resume from August 5.

How do I get two invoices for one shipment?
If you wish to obtain two separate invoices (e.g., personal and school) while grouping your orders into a single shipment, please contact us before placing your orders to learn the procedure.
Please do not place two separate orders assuming that the shipping fees for the second order will be automatically refunded.

Order processing is slower in July. Shipping starts on August 5.
